From the quote stage where all outstanding quotes are on queue, our process engineers prepare by sourcing material, provide a basic plan for manufacture and estimate the delivery available and cost to the customer. This quotation is normally calculated with our MSE computerized quoting package. The ability this package allows us is to compare your product to established methods for other products, optimum machine feeds and speeds. The material data base is used if common, if not we can obtain pricing from our more than 800 suppliers. If one of our suppliers cannot provide the needed information we have other resources available to source.
Using Unigraphic's Solid Edge, Edge CAM, AutoCAD LT, BravoDRAFT CAD and NC Graphics CAM Programming Software from Applicon and Easytalk DNC software our process engineers in conjunction with your staff, interpret your drawings, prepare hard tooling and program the CNC equipment then forward the programs electronically to the variety of machines that will produce your parts whether it will be produced on the CNC mills, CNC horizontal mills, CNC vertical mills, CNC lathes or the CNC twin spindle vertical lathes.
