Order tracking is always close at hand with a
combination of computerized systems. Our initial process is to enter your order in our
PLATINUM information system. This MIS package allows specific order tracking to our staff
regarding your order from your purchase order to our purchase order for the raw material.
This information is used to generate our shop orders.
Our production department uses REALTRAC to
monitor your orders on the shop floor. This software package allows real time information
of the status, machine availability, que status and projected finish times. We value our
staff on the shop floor. Along with a quality staff, they are the quality auditors for the
customer along with the process enhancers for Knoch. Communication regularly occurs
through formal and informal channels for productivity improvements and cost savings. As we
are versatile we can provide many services to our customers that other shops may not be
able to.
Our objective is Solution Selling for you our
customer. From short term deliveries to separate production lines (which run at our second
facility) we strive to exceed customer expectations. |
